John R. Fawcett is a senior employee benefits consultant, Managing Director, and founder of AllBenefits Group, with more than 25 years of experience helping employers navigate the increasingly complex world of health and welfare benefits. He works closely with business owners, CFOs, HR leaders, and executive teams to develop practical benefits strategies that balance the needs of employees with the financial objectives of the organization.

Throughout his career, John has advised mid-market and large employers on plan design, cost management, funding strategies, pharmacy benefits, vendor negotiations, and regulatory compliance. He is particularly focused on using data and financial analysis to identify opportunities, control long-term costs, and improve the value of employee benefit programs.
Previously, as Managing Director at Higginbotham, John built and managed a $2.5 million annual revenue portfolio serving employers ranging from 100 to 12,000 employees. His experience includes benefits due diligence and integration related to mergers and acquisitions, self-funded and alternative funding arrangements, PBM strategy, and executive-level financial reporting. He has delivered significant, measurable savings for clients while developing trusted relationships that have lasted for many years.

John founded AllBenefits Group with a simple philosophy: effective benefits consulting should be about more than negotiating a renewal—it should be about understanding the business, knowing the numbers, and being a trusted partner when important decisions need to be made.
John holds a Master of Accountancy and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder and has been a licensed General Lines Insurance Agent since 2001.
